Alex J. Doermann, M.D. completed his orthopedic training at University of California, Irvine Medical Center. Dr. Doermann trained as a hand, elbow, shoulder, and microvascular surgery fellow at the prestigious Indiana Hand to Shoulder Center. An honors graduate of Brigham Young University, he received his medical training at University of California, Irvine School of Medicine with Clinical Honors in Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ambulatory Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery and Psychiatry. He is an eligible candidate of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
Alex J. Doermann, M.D. has presented papers to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He has been published in the Journal of Hand Surgery, JAAOS: Global Research and Reviews, and American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons.
