Alicia completed her undergraduate education at Mount Holyoke College in western Massachusetts with a degree in Neuroscience. Prior to attending graduate school she worked at Massachusetts General Hospital gaining valuable experience working in an operating room setting. She completed her Physician Assistant education at MCPHS University in Boston and then she returned home to Santa Barbara to join Associated Hand Surgeons in 2015.
